We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team! We have an exciting opportunity are looking for someone who is eager to grow with the company.

　　Responsibilities:- Administers accounting policies, procedures, and systems to ensure timely, accurate and consistent reporting of accounting transactions.- Oversees preparation and accuracy of complete financial statements(Balance sheet, income statement, statement of changes) and selected management reports.- Safeguards company books, records, and assets.- Coordinates annual independent audit of year-end financial statement and the 401k plan.- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

　　Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field- 8+ years of experience in Accounting Management role (preferably in a manufacturing environment)- Working knowledge of all phases of accounting.- Leadership skills: Ability to assume responsibility and to effectively direct and coordinate the work effort.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
