　　Position: Accounting Coordinator

　　The Accounting Coordinator is a high functioning multitasker who works alongside the finance manager to prepare financials for multiple companies. They must maintain financial information and work closely with multiple managers to contribute on aspects of strategic business management.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable in the business

　　Monitor and audit work of accounting staff

　　Coordinating with department managers regarding revenue growth and cost reduction

　　Analyze financial reports and data for monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation

　　Participate in and contribute significantly to special projects assigned by management

　　Requirements:

　　Minimum 3-5 years experience in Accounting

　　Must be able to perform and meet deadlines set by Finance Management

　　Self-starter who excels in financial analysis and able to manage multiple aspects of accounting

　　Bachelors Degree in Accounting

　　Intacct Experience required, Excel Expert, and Service Titan experience preferred
