Kelly has an immediate opportunity in Meridian, ID for a skilled Accounting Clerk with experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable . This is an in-office temp to hire position with a starting wage of $19 – $23 per hour . The hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.

　　Responsibilities include but not limited to:

　　• Processing outgoing payments in compliance with company financial policies and procedures

　　• Perform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data

　　• Reconcile the Accounts Payable ledger to ensure accurate and timely payment of all creditors

　　• Investigate and resolve discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements

　　• Facilitate payment of invoices by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

　　• Generate reports to provide an overview of accounts payable status

　　• Ensure compliance with Accounts Payable processes including W-9 and sales tax requirements

　　Skills and Requirements:

　　• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience required with knowledge of A/P and A/R

　　• Word, Excel, Outlook experience

　　• High school diploma required. Accounting classes or degree is a plus.

　　• Willingness to work onsite required
