Robert Half has partnered with a technology company in Centennial in search of an Accounting Clerk! The Accounting Clerk position is offering great benefits and is paying $45,000-$65,000!

The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for the following:

Timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and vendor questions resolution.

Reconciliation of vendor statements.

Audit and review of employee expense reports.

Assistance with the annual 1099 compliance, including determination of 1099 vendors.

Vendor record management.

Assistance with the workers comp and insurance audits.

Tracking and tagging of new fixed assets.

Assistance with the periodic fixed assets inventory.

Assistance with SOX compliance and audit support.

Assistance with the annual insurance renewals.

Requirements for the Accounting Clerk include:

2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience

NetSuite experience is nice to have, but not required

Proficient with Pivot Tables VLOOKUPs in Excel
