You will be responsible for learning any newregulations and rules, and remaining current on Quest Visa andMasterCard rules and regulations, federal and state regulations andinternal procedures that affect chargeback dispute processing. You willhandle all aspects of the dispute process in compliance with QuestVisa/MasterCard, federal and state rules and regulations.
