Robert Half is assisting an industry leader in their search for a skilled Accounting Clerk to join their team. This opportunity offers a dynamic work environment and the chance to contribute to the success of a reputable organization in the healthcare industry.

As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining efficient accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume environment, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Track daily bank deposits against cash receipts to ensure accurate reporting

Collaborate with checkout and billing departments to resolve balancing discrepancies

Conduct quarterly audits of bank bags at select practice locations

Generate monthly reports for the accounting department

Perform light administrative duties as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience as an accounting clerk in a high-volume environment

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to navigate large datasets and perform lookups

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
