　　Responsibilities

　　Accounting Clerk is responsible for:

　　Keeping financial records updated

　　Preparing reports and reconciling bank statements

　　Run accounting software programs to process business transactions

　　Accounts payable

　　Accounts receivable

　　Daily data entry of financial transactions in database

　　Provide assistance and support to company personnel

　　Research, track, and restore accounting and documentation problems and discrepancies

　　Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas

　　Competency in MS Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook

　　Aptitude for numbers and great attention to detail is required

　　Other office support duties as assigned

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environmentSkills

　　Account Reconciliation (1 year of experience is preferred)

　　Accounts Payable (1 year of experience is required)

　　General Ledger (1 year of experience is required)

　　Bank Reconciliations

　　Accounts Receivable (1 year of experience is preferred)
