Robert Half is partnered with a leading manufacturing company located in Spring Valley. We are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant to support a busy accounting manager. This is a contract to hire position with 100% on-site work requirement. This is an immediate opportunity, contract or contract-to-hire. This is the ideal opportunity for someone who is seeking to expand their accounting experience.

Responsibilities:

Process approximately 100 invoices per week

Match, batch, and code invoices into QuickBooks

Provide support with accounts receivable tasks

Assist in various accounting duties as assigned

Requirements

Proficiency in Quickbooks is essential

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
