Description

　　Robert Half is looking for an Accounting Assistant to join a dynamic company. As the Accounting Assistant you will perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks to support the accounting and finance clients. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for reconciling bank records, drafting financial documents, invoicing customers, and collecting payments. 　　What you get to do every day

　　Reconcile financial books by working with incoming and outgoing funds

　　Support administrative duties as necessary

　　Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses

　　Collaborate with clients via phone and email as necessary

　　Prepare and complete tax returns for clients, as well as obtain a tax certification

　　Handle day-to-day accounting duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll, payroll tax filings, booking journal entries, reconciling credit card and bank account

　　Help with editing and creating financial documents for the Accounting team

　　Requirements - Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills

　　Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study preferred

　　Must be detail-oriented and have critical thinking and problem-solving skills

　　Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheet application highly desired

　　Bookkeeping experience required
