　　Job Summary

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　The successful candidate will work out of our Madison or Milwaukee office.

　　Accounts Receivable for the Midwest Division is the focus of this position

　　Work closely with, and frequently communicate with the Finance Teams in the Midwest Division

　　Review and analyze monthly AR reports

　　Communicate with clients on all billing matters

　　Maintain accurate AR records for each operation

　　Complete assigned objectives to achieve financial services goals

　　Clearly communicate results to management on a regular basis

　　Conduct Team meetings with each district on a monthly basis

　　Analyze all write off’s and assist with collections

　　Other responsibilities as assigned

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Associate’s degree in Accounting and a minimum of 3 years of accounting/booking experience strongly preferred. Bachelors preferred

　　We will consider new Accounting Graduates with a solid GPA and a prior customer service experience

　　General ledger experience

　　Excellent customer service skills

　　Good communication skills, verbal and written

　　Proficient knowledge of Excel

　　Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines

　　Must be a quick learner and self-motivated
