Theclients serviced on TrustDesk provide over \$34 million in annualrevenue to FIS. What you will be doing: Learn the features andmethodology of FIS\'s proprietary performance measurement system,ReturnTrack. Analyze and resolve issues identified by daily performanceexception reports. Issues can be caused any number of occurrences:market activity, client originated errors, WOS originated errors, datavendor errors, system issues. You will also be responsible to collectingdata on numerous monthly market indices from various sources on a verytight deadline. Client contact individual, so strong communicationskills - both written and oral - are needed. The ability to workindependently, with minimal supervision and meet multiple deadlines isessential.
