Makes practical application of technical accounting practices andconcepts beyond routine application of detailed rules and instructionsby management, input, audit & analysis of day-to-day financial needs ofthe Ranchers Club Restaurant, Ranchers Club Catering & The AthertonHotel. Verify and manage all cash and credit card deposits. Providesfinancial reports as needed which includes but are not limited toreporting to State and Federal entities. Assumes responsibility for theorganization and management of all financial records for thedepartments. Provides management and assistance for purchasing, accountspayable, accounts receivable and personnel functions. Assist Managers asneeded. Provides monthly profit and loss reporting of Hotel, RanchersClub, and State Room functions.
