Description If you're an Accountant and create spreadsheets in your sleep, you could find your place in the accounting field with this position. Robert Half is hiring candidates for an exciting entry-level Accountant opportunity, with a highly successful organization. In this position, you will review financial statements with a heavy data entry component. Are you interested in spreadsheet creation and manipulation? 　　How you will make an impact

　　Investigating and fixing account discrepancies

　　Carrying out alternate duties and taking part in special projects as assigned

　　Prepare journal entries monthly

　　Aiding in audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audits

　　Log data

　　Assisting with full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes

　　Reconciling and leveling general ledger accounts Requirements - Applicants are recommended to hold an AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

　　Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, vlookups) is preferred

　　Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

　　Outstanding data entry skills

　　1 year of relevant accounting experience necessary

　　Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

　　Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

　　Practical knowledge of Cisco Webex Meetings

　　Wide ranging experience with Interprets

　　Foundational knowledge in Web App

　　Good understanding of Accounting Functions

　　General familiarity with Join Me

　　Comprehensive knowledge of About Time

　　Proven knowledge of Mobile App

　　Previous experience working with QA Management

　　Quality experience with Video Conferencing

　　Deep understanding of Spreadsheets

　　Well-founded grasp of Accounting Software Systems

　　Finance experience

　　GAAP Accounting experience highly desired

　　Earlier work involving VTC
