　　Major responsibilities

　　Input data

　　Assisting with full cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes

　　Investigating and fixing account discrepancies

　　Making sure that accounts contained in the general ledger are correct

　　Helping with audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audits

　　Carrying out alternate duties and taking part in special projects as assigned

　　Make monthly journal entries Requirements - Applicants with an AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business are recommended for this position

　　Required: 1 year of accounting experience

　　Accounts Payable (AP) experience

　　Credit Application experience

　　Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)

　　Outstanding data entry skills

　　Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

　　Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, vlookups) is preferred

　　Excellent oral and written communications skills

　　Excellent attention to detail
