　　What You'll Do:

　　Processing payments: performing payment bookings in the ERP (JDE) with invoice matching, customer deductions and/or advances

　　Cash collection: regular follow-ups with customers and Commercial Unit to ensure effective and on-time collection of receivables

　　Accounts reconciliation

　　Controlling customer exposure and overdues

　　Processing and following up on customer inquiries under scope via email

　　Continuous improvement: identifying, proposing and implementing development activities to improve the performance on a continuous basis

　　What You'll Bring to BIC:

　　University degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics or Business is a plus

　　1-2 years of experience in a global company

　　Advanced English and Romanian

　　Exposure to ERPs; JDE is a plus

　　Good communication skills

　　Customer service orientation and attention to details

　　Ability to work in teams
