　　What you'll do:

　　Mission Systems Davenport is seeking an Accountant whose main activity relates to sales and gross margin reporting. Other main duties are: forecasting and budgeting; preparing journal entries; and capacity planning. Knowledge of Oracle ERP is a plus to ensure costing transactions are setup and processed correctly.

　　Investigates, analyses and communicates finding related to financial performance.Research and analyze historical data. Work with detailed data and maintain traceability to a summary level.Participates in development of cost controls, procedures, systems and forecasting techniques to evaluate performance to bid, budget and forecast.Conducts financial and operational audits by examining and verifying accounting or operational recordsAnalyze and respond to customer fact-findings and external audits.Examines records to ensure proper recording of transactions in compliance with applicable laws, agreements, and policies.Prepares reports of findings and recommendations to management.May support Divisions and Subsidiaries in evaluating and recommending improvements to business practices, processes, and control proceduresPerforms all operations according to prescribed safety and environmental principles.All other related duties as assigned.

　　Bachelor's degree in Finance or AccountingMust be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
