Description

　　Jenny Bour with Robert Half has an opportunity for a self-driven and organized Bookkeeper that thrives working in environments with tight deadlines and minimal supervision. If you meet the qualifications, you should apply to this permanent job via Robert Half! This Bookkeeper opportunity will be located in the East Aurora, New York area. You will direct the month-end closing, reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable as the Bookkeeper. On top of this, the Bookkeeper will manage a general ledger reconciliation or light journal entries, full cycle A/P coding, cash applications, and perform data entry. 　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Produce subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

　　Provide cash flow projections, as needed

　　Keep sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments

　　Accounts Payable

　　Credit Card management and reconciliation

　　Manage monthly accounting close

　　Ready monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

　　Review monthly accounting close

　　Other distinguished projects when necessary

　　Uphold a general ledger

　　Oversee Accounts Receivable

　　Requirements

　　3+ years of bookkeeping experience

　　QuickBooks experience desired

　　Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines
