Are you ready to challenge yourself in a new environment and have a real impact? Mölnlycke is now looking for Account Manager Wound Care (Provinces: Lower Silesia, Lubusz, Opolskie)
Customers are at the heart of what we do at Mölnlycke, and it will be your responsibility to:
developing the Wound Care business (hospital area mainly) presenting commercial offers when securing new business or defending existing business;
meeting of sales targets in accordance with the quarter and annual sales plan;
developing and maintaining relationships with customers and representing the company on the market;
preparing and if needed support tenders (positioning, pricing etc) and implementing agreements in contracts according to guidelines and procedures;
gathering information about competitors' activities / market monitoring.
Regional responsibility: Lower Silesia, Lubusz, Opolskie
What you’ll need
Minimum 3 years in the B2B sales environment
(Highly preferred: medical devices and/or other products, services or solutions for hospitals. Experience in selling other products or services based on the Public Procurement Law will be welcomed too.).Experience in cooperation in wound care is an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Business and goal orientation.
Work planning and organizational skills.
Independence in action in providing long-term sales projects.
Knowledge of English (B2).
