A Place to Be Proud.Responsibilities* Assists marketing and cross-functional teams with campaign planning and execution.* Monitors and reports on campaign performance, identifying and tracking key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts. Makes recommendations for optimization and adjusts strategies as needed.* Collaborates with key stakeholders to compile, analyze, and interpret marketing data. Ensures data integrity, security, and accessibility.* Assists with the integration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues.* Participates in market and brand research to identify target audiences and develop marketing strategies.* Stays up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.* Supports the data collection, submission, and analysis for the U.S. News and World Report's pediatric hospital survey.QualificationsEducation Requirement:Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience, required.Skills:* Strong technical skills related to CRM and automation campaigns.* Strong written and verbal communication.* Ability to meet deadlines while under pressure and rapidly changing priorities.Experience:* Eight years of marketing experience, required.* Experience overseeing complex projects and/or work groups, required.* Experience with digital ad campaigns, preferred.* Three years of healthcare experience, preferred.* Experience with digital marketing technology including ESPs, CMSs, social medial tools, SEM tools, web analytics, data visualization tools, strongly preferred.
