About Producer 2

  Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Producer 2.Essential Functions:

  Producer will drive and support our audio team through quarterly and sprint planning exercises

  Create and maintain a schedule; Ensure the team is on track with their deliverables

  Work with production partners to support feature teams through the various stages of game development, ensuring commitments are met on time and to the highest possible quality

  Collaborate with stakeholders outside the immediate development team including licensing, marketing, and community management

  As a Producer, you will apply a customer-first mindset which maintains a high bar of quality

  Facilitate collaborative and effective communication between team members

  Identify risks and drive the team towards successful resolution

  Keep the team aware of deliverables and goals through all phases of development

  Use inclusive behaviors - ensure all voices are heard, invite input from many perspectives, resolve disagreements, and be brave

  4 years of experience as a producer with a track record of exceptional performance

  Experience shipping game features within a AAA game studio

  Working knowledge of agile development practices and their goals

  Strong analytical mind and experience working with project scheduling

  Proven ability to collaborate with feature leads to achieve production plans that work for all disciplines

  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  Ability to resolve conflict and enable the team to do their best work

  The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

  We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

  Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.

  This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
