　　お客様からの製品に関する問合せ (在庫、価格、納期等) について、電話、FAX及び

　　E-mailで応対 (顧客対応窓口業務) していただきます。

　　1. 受発注業務、納期管理

　　2. 顧客・営業からの電話対応

　　3. 納品書作成、見積書作成

　　4. 物流、その他部門との連携業務

　　5. 価格確認・価格登録・検収フォロー

　　6. 営業サポート業務

　　What your background should look like:

　　＜応募資格＞

　　・ カスタマーサービス、営業アシスタントまたは営業事務などの実務経験が3年以上ある方

　　・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的にプロジェクト推進ができる方 (明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性)

　　・ 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方

　　・ 顧客との折衝/交渉やコミュニケーションに自信のある方

　　・ 業務に対する積極的な姿勢および自己管理能力

　　＜歓迎条件＞

　　・ メーカー、商社等でのカスタマーサービス、営業アシスタントまたは営業事務などの経験がある方

　　・ 外資系企業での勤務経験がある方

　　・ 英語でコミュニケーションが取れる方

　　・ SAPの使用経験をお持ちの方
