About Account Manager Automotive (all genders)

  In this role, you'll act as an integral part of our diverse sales team and take ownership of key automotive client responsibilities for our embedded software solutions.

  We are specialized in the development of cutting-edge Automotive Embedded Software (In-Car). Serving as a prominent software supplier to renowned OEMs, our focus is highly technology-driven. Our core expertise lies in Embedded Software for control units, complemented by our engagement in Cloud Computing, Over-the-Air, Machine Learning, and AI.

  This position is available in full time and part time.

  Your Mission

  As an Account Manager, your mission spans cultivating relationships, pioneering business development, and serving as the central hub for customer interaction, contributing to the dynamic evolution of our team and the future of automotive technology.

  Our Sales Team is a blend of diverse strengths, convinced that our collaborative success is amplified by a spectrum of skills and experiences. We prioritize sustainable sales, where, in tandem with our technical experts, we guide projects from acquisition through pre-development, execution, to the maintenance phase. We aim for enduring development partnerships with clients across multiple vehicle generations.

  Cultivate and Nourish Relationships:Expand and nurture existing customer relationships while constructing new ones within the automotive sector.

  Drive Business Development:Bring our innovative solutions to the automotive world and actively shape the future.

  Business development for groundbreaking embedded solutions:Be the architect of our success story by taking our embedded solutions into exciting new industries.

  Holistic customer support as the linchpin:Take responsibility for customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations and change request offerings as a single point of contact - always focusing on service excellence.

  Seamless collaboration with technology, project management and management:Connect the pieces of our company's puzzle by working closely with colleagues in engineering, project management and management.

  What we are looking forward to

  Completed degree in business administration or economics or comparable training, preferably in combination with a technical or humanities discipline (interdisciplinary desirable)

  Experience in sales / business development and customer contact

  Expertise in the automotive sector and experience in dealing with German OEMs is desirable.

  Communication skills and a confident manner with dialogue partners at different levels and from different professional backgrounds

  Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
