　　Job Description

　　As an Account Manager, you are responsible for significant scale projects or campaigns across channels such as, email, direct mail and digital with multiple elements that align to client and team objectives. Supporting more senior team members, the Account Manager begins to interface with client teams as a day-to-day contact, fields questions, brings clarity to campaign delivery needs and adds value at all stages of the campaigns.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Be passionate about understanding the client’s business, their challenges, their goals, their competition, their org structure. Know them as well as they know themselves. This will help you provide the best service and solve deeper challenges.

　　Uncover business challenges and new ways to help solve them (business growth opportunities).

　　Build trust and solid relationships with clients, serve as their day-to-day agency contact, sometimes across multiple clients/lines of business.

　　Partner and collaborate with other Agency Departments on project deliverables, to ensure the best work is always going to the clients.

　　Set your Agency Team up for success at every turn – anticipate the needs of your teammates and get them the information they need to do their job most successfully.

　　Qualifications

　　1+ years professional experience, which may include marketing, advertising, and account management, agency experience.

　　Passionate curiosity of the digital marketing landscape. Email and Direct mail campaign experience is a plus.

　　Be able to form trusting relationships internally and externally.

　　Results focused with ability to multi-task and prioritize within a dynamic environment.

　　Strong organization and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.

　　Possess excellent communication skills.

　　Compensation Range: $46,500 - $68,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
