　　Account Executive:

　　Robert Half has partnered with a rapidly growing benefits organization that specializes in modern benefits solutions and is in search of an account executive to add to their growing team! As an Employee Benefits Account Executive, you will be responsible for management, oversight, and ongoing administration of assigned client accounts, carriers, and vendors. Additionally, the Account Manager will work with key team members to identify trends in service and develop proactive action plans that will positively improve the client’s experience.

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　5 years of employees benefits & account executive experience.

　　Must hold Life & Health insurance License.

　　Must understand self-funding, basic processes of insurance realm and employee benefits.

　　Experience assisting with new business as far as financial reporting, projects, managing the books, open enrollment presentations

　　High energy personality that enjoys being client facing

　　Salary/Benefits:

　　Pay: $90k-$120k + bonus

　　Direct primary care, medical, dental, vision, Ira, full benefits.

　　3 weeks paid vacation
