　　The University of Chicago, Department of Pediatrics, Section of AcademicPediatrics seeks full-time faculty members at any rank who are focusedon primary care pediatrics. The appointees will be experiencedclinicians dedicated to the care of children and their families and haveexceptional interprofessional skills. The appointees will also becollaborative physician leaders in a busy, dynamic environment, andadvance the clinical, educational, and scholarly goals of the Section ofAcademic Pediatric Medicine. Our team is a nationally renowned,dedicated faculty group with a strong commitment to clinical care,medical education, and pediatric scholarship. We welcome individualswith experience in medical education and clinical or health outcomesresearch. Academic rank and compensation (including a generous packageof fringe benefits) are dependent on qualifications.

　　The University of Chicago Comer Children\'s Hospital is a 171-bedfacility with state-of-the-art technology and amenities that offersworld-class medical care to children from around the Chicagoland areaand across the globe.

　　Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must 1) have amedical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible for medicallicensure in the State of Illinois, 3) be Board certified or Boardeligible in General Pediatrics, and 4) have completed anACGME-accredited pediatric residency program.
