　　A growing company is seeking an Administrative Coordinator who is highly skilled in providing administrative support through various tasks. Potential candidates will be screened by Robert Half. 　　Job Description Job Summary:

　　Provides administrative support to the Leave & Accommodation Management Team Responsibilities

　　Production and distribution of correspondence via fax, email, Workday (HRIS) and US Mail

　　Assist in production of reporting.

　　Maintain supplies inventory.

　　Electronic file creation and maintenance.

　　Monitor administrative department email accounts and fax.

　　Sort and distribute incoming department mail - Project assistance as needed - Attend team meetings - Other duties as assigned.

　　Requirements

　　Experience working in an office environment preferred.

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Beginner/Intermediate Level Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Skills

　　Familiar with video calling and remote meetings.

　　Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

　　Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work with a sense of urgency.

　　Experience working within Human Resources or compliance is a plus.

　　Minimum High School Diploma.

　　Preference given to individual pursuing a degree in a Human Resource Related Field.
