　　[As the Before and After Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing services of the Child Care program at your designated school site.  If hired for this position, you will maintain positive communication with parents, children, schools, and other staff as well as practice risk management, and develop positive community relations. ]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}

　　[Conduct parent conferences, and maintain positive relationships and effective communication with parents.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}[Work closely with program director and branch leadership team to advocate for team needs and collaborate on partnership opportunities when appropriate.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}[Provide feedback and deliver on onboarding of new site staff; implement training guidelines, including shadowing and coaching new staff during program.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}[Ensure program maintains in conformance with all YMCA policies and procedures as well as the Washington Administrative Code.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}[Promote a positive environment that fosters fun, safety, and our YMCA values which includes implementation of proximity praise, specific action compliments, and our 8 Points of Leadership.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}[Attend and participates in family nights and program activities.]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}[ ]{verdana",="" sans-serif"=""}
