JOB REQUIREMENTS: 3rd Shift Sanitation Support Coordinator Sun Prairie,WI Mon-Thur, 6:30pm-4:30am \$20-\$24/hr Essential Functions: - Act asthe liaison with outsourced sanitation services to ensure communicationis maintained to support a cohesiveness and team environment. - Performsanitation visual inspections of production equipment and areas aftercleaning and coordinate corrections as necessary prior to the release toproduction. - Conduct ATP swabbing, document results, and follow up onany needed corrections prior to the release of production areas. -Conduct Pre-Op (Operational) inspections and document results to ensureproduction equipment and areas are released to use. - Review and monitorthe Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) for completion. - Audit sanitationSSOPs for accuracy and effectiveness and provide feedback to the QualityDepartment Head and outsourced sanitation management staff fordiscrepancies and improvements. - Monitor and/or record chemicaltitrations. - Monitor, track, and document chemical inventory. - Prepareend of shift reports and document relative information on sanitationoperations and activities, as required. - Communicate with themanagement team and outsourced sanitation management to troubleshootissues and make recommendations for improvement. - Perform and documentresults of facility cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices)inspections of production, packaging and warehouse areas and follow upto ensure any deficiencies are corrected. - Perform swabbing and/ortesting to support the facilities Environmental Monitoring Program.Record results and report any deficiencies to facility management. -Serve as a back-up to Quality Personnel when coverage or support isneeded. - Ensures plant cleanliness is in compliance with allregulatory, food safety, quality and customer requirements and withinGood Manufacturing Practices. - Responsible for adhering to food safety,employee safety, quality standards, Customer specifications andregulatory requirements. - Report any food safety deficiencies topersonnel with authority to initiate action. Qualifications - Minimum ofhigh school diploma or GED - Must be 18 yrs or older. - Must have atleast 1 year of food manufacturing environment experience in a highspeed environment. - Sanitation experience preferred but will train. -Knowledge of manufacturing specifications and quality standards. -Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, Allergens and Personal ProtectiveEquipment. Abilities - Maintain respectful communication with coworkersat all levels within the organization. - Ability to problem- solveequipment. - Ability to determine root cause and diligently applycorrective action. - Ability to read and write English. - Bi-lingual isdesirable. - Basic math skills. Working conditions - Fast pacedmanufacturing environment that may include weekend work and overtime,exposure to various temperatures, working on concrete floors and noiselevels exceeding 85 dbls.
