Emmetsburg CSD 3-year-old program is accepting applications for a Preschool Teacher at West Elementary. The schedule is Tuesday-Friday, 8 hours a day, during the school year only. (

　　Duties Include:

　　Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate, nurturing, and supportive early childhood program.Build relationships with children, families, and staff that follow our program's curriculumProvide a variety of experiences and media that stimulate children to explore and express themselves.Provide feedback to students, parents and administration regarding student progress, expectations and goals.Creates a welcoming and engaging learning environment for all studentsPromotes a classroom environment that is safe and conducive to individualized and small group instruction and student learning.Develops lesson plans and instructional materials and translates lesson plans into learning experiences.Job Requirements:

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

　　Ability to effectively and efficiently multitask.

　　Pass background check with fingerprints (information provided during interview).

　　Must be punctual and dependable.

　　Ability to collaborate with a pre-school team.

　　Knowledge of current teaching methods and educational pedagogy enabling differentiation
