　　Trane Technologies – Thermo King in Bloomington, MN is seeking to hire a dependable full-time Warehouse Associate Team Lead on our 2nd shift to help us pick, pack, and palletize orders. 　　A Day in the Life of a Warehouse Associate Team Leader

　　As a Warehouse Associate, you will rotate through three different positions.

　　As a picker, you will be accurately selecting parts for customer orders using our automated inventory system.

　　As a packer, you will be reviewing each order, packaging up all contents, and sealing the box.

　　As a palletizer, you will accurately stack customer orders on pallets based on their delivery location and shrink wrap completed pallets.

　　As a team Leader, you support the team’s safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, scrap, and performance metrics. Leads the team through the decision making, problem solving and the continuous improvement processes. The incumbent works with minimum supervision while anticipating, identifying, and resolving problems. The responsibilities of the Team Leader do not include any supervisory duties, including but not limited to: discipline, overtime assignments, overtime record keeping, transfers and moving employees outside their department.

　　· Assists in identifying and resolving quality/safety issues.

　　· Use OpEx tools and train team members to use these tools.

　　· JDI, BPS (9Block), A-3’s.

　　· Maintain MDI boards to the standard.

　　· Evaluate training needs and deliver training.

　　· Engage employees.

　　· Demonstrate positive and proactive attitude in support of continuous improvement.

　　· Must be able to follow standard work, complete production and maintenance records and other documentation related to operations.

　　· Must participate in basic problem solving, 5-S, OpEx and work group activities.

　　· Perform other duties as assigned.

　　What you need to be Successful at Trane Technologies – Thermo King

　　To be considered for permanent roles, you will need:

　　A High School Diploma or GED

　　To be at least 18 years of age

　　To be able to lift and move up to 40 lbs.

　　· Communicate clearly and compellingly with others.

　　· Needs to be comfortable working with all levels of the business.

　　· Demonstrate good leadership skills.

　　· Participate in training as required.

　　· Proficient computer skills.

　　· Demonstrated reliability.

　　It would be great if you also have:

　　Previous distribution center or warehouse experience

　　Team lead experience

　　Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated accuracy in picking, packing, and palletizing customer orders

　　The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

　　The ability to be at work in a prompt and reliable fashion, demonstrating a cooperative and respectful work style and operating in adherence with all quality, safety, and other policies.

　　A willingness to go above and beyond job specific tasks associated with the position to ensure the continual success of the entire warehouse operation.

　　Work Schedule

　　This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. If overtime exists, the shift will end at 1:00 a.m. and work some mandatory Saturdays, as needed.
