Always Best Care Senior Services seeks to build a core team of experienced caregivers, and currently has daytime available. Our caregivers will provide excellent and compassionate 1:1 in-home personal care and companion care for clients throughout the Seattle Metro area. We are hiring for a CNA/HCA with a Nurse Delegation Certificate. Schedules: Day – Specific hours based on client needs and Caregiver availability/preferences Pay Range: $25 per hour What We Offer: * PTO (paid time off) + Sick Pay + Appreciation Days * Paid Training and Free Continuing Education credits * Flexible hours * Weekly Paychecks * Mileage Reimbursement * Referral Bonuses Responsibilities: * Develop strong relationships with Clients * Perform Nurse Delegation tasks * Assist clients with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, eating, and bathroom needs as needed * Light housekeeping to promote a safe and clean environment for resident’s home * Transportation to appointments and shopping * Companionship & supervision Requirements: * Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) License * Nurse Delegation Certificate * CPR and First Aid Certification * Previous Long-Term Care experience * Must be at least 18 years old * Must pass background check and medical clearance prior to hire * Work authorization required * Maintains current driver’s license and a dependable insured vehicle * Must have effective oral and written English communication skills to work with clients/families
