　　Work Tasks to be performed

　　·         Vineyard Planting: Under the direction of a supervisor, workers will plant new vineyards.

　　·         Wire Moving: Workers must be able and willing to work to maintain vine trellises

　　·         Hand Weeding: Under the direction of a supervisor, workers are required to spot all weeds around crops and in between seed lines and use their hands to completely remove all these weeds (including their roots) from the soil.

　　·         Corn De-tasseling: Under the direction of a supervisor, workers will walk down the aisles between the rows of plants in corn fields for the purpose of de-tasseling seed corn, and/or removing/destroying rogue corn plants.

　　·         Wine Grapes: Hand harvest of fruit (remove poor quality fruit, leaves and MOG -- material other than grapes), harvest may require the use of pruners and assist/move harvested fruit from field to bins.

　　·         Desespigado de maíz: Bajo la dirección de un supervisor, los trabajadores caminarán por los pasillos entre las hileras de plantas en los campos de maíz con el fin de desespichar las semillas de maíz y/o quitar/destruir plantas de maíz rebeldes.

　　·         Uvas para vino: Cosecha manual de la fruta (elimine la fruta de mala calidad, hojas y MOG -- material que no sea uva), la cosecha puede requerir el uso de podadoras y ayudar/mover la fruta cosechada del campo a los contenedores.

　　Job Requirements

　　·         3 months of relevant verifiable work experience.

　　·         Must anticipate being available to work the entire contract period.

　　·         Drug Screen

　　·         Lifting requirement 50 lbs.

　　·         Exposure to extreme temperatures

　　·         Extensive pushing or pulling

　　·         Extensive sitting or walking

　　·         Frequent stooping or bending over

　　·         Repetitive movements

　　The employer will furnish, without charge, tools,  supplies and protective equipment required to perform  the  specified  work.
