What you can expect in this roleAs a Spectrum Intern, you'll be essential to two teams - your respectivedepartment and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projectsaccount for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% onprofessional development sessions and networking activities, including theKickoff Conference on May 29, webinars, community service,cross-functional project, and final presentations.
Internship responsibilities may include:Code and perform unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper andefficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements.Code, test, debug, and enhance software.Write programs according to specifications and define specifications forcomplex programs.Monitor and repair critical systems on an as needed basis.Develop and maintain technical documentation.Coordinate with technical teams to analyze and resolve software relatedproblems causing operational difficulties, advising on specialized featuresand functions.JIRA tool usage and ticket updates.
