　　We focus our opportunities for self-motivated students who:

　　Have completed at least their sophomore year in an ABET-accredited engineering program (college juniors and seniors preferred).Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively.Can commit to a 40-hour weekly schedule during the summer. Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Fieldwork may involve some overtime, which pays at 1.5 times your hourly rate.Include a copy of their school transcript with their application.Compensation:
