　　The Opportunity

　　The Digital Employee Experience Planning & Operations team is seeking a skilled Data & Insights technologist and a creative problem solver to help us create a POC to provide insights and predict risks for portfolio execution and operations using Machine Learning and AI, with the recommendations to extend the model further to other areas of DEX to improve the overall Digital Employee Experiences.

　　All 2024 Adobe interns will be 'co-located hybrid. This means that interns will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible and determined by team. All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office so they can be on-site as needed.

　　What You'll Do

　　Research and analyze the factors and data that impact project/service health.Experiment with producing high level Risk KPIs.Experiment with predicting project delivery risk.Experiment with predicting operational risk.Create a conceptual dashboard to visualize the results with actionable recommendations.Create a report on the findings and propose a generalized framework to deploy the model across different projects/teams.

　　What You Need to Succeed

　　Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a Master or Undergrad BA/BS in Computer science/mathematics/statistics with specialization in Data Science.Ability to conduct independent research and effectively summarize information and make recommendations grounded in data and feedback.Course work of Machine Learning model development and deployment.Course work around use of AI and Gen AI tools preferred.Experience with SQL, Python.Knowledge of PowerBI and AI tools in PowerBI would be a nice to have.Strong data exploration skills and a keen eye for identifying patterns and anomalies.Creative and think outside of the box. Clear verbal and written communication skills, able to present information in clear, concise manner.Ability to deal with the dynamics of changing business needs.

　　Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
