1st SHIFT QUALITY CONTROL/COLD SIDE

HOURS OF WORK:

1st Shift – flexible as needed or required

Saturdays as needed or required

DUTIES:

Perform various quality control functions including but not limited to inspection and audits.

Inspect designated areas for cleanliness and sanitation to ensure efficient and effective daily operation.

Inspect various product to assure compliance with Company specifications

Complete necessary paperwork

Verify accuracy of scales, equipment, and labels

Observe hourly employees to ensure proper procedures policies are being followed

Perform other duties as assigned

Must have less than 2 points

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or GED required

Dependable and enthusiastic

Leadership skills self-motivation

Good people skills, ability to work well with others

Great communication skills, both oral and written

Good math skills

Ability to follow instructions

Physically capable of performing line work; heavy lifting.

Good attendance record

Resume required

Bilingual preferred but not required

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits :

Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

Paid Time Off : sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;

Base hourly salary range: $21.00-$23.50

Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
