　　ARSIEM is looking for a Senior Knowledge Manager. This position will support one of our government clients in Ft. Meade, MD.

　　Responsibilities

　　Develop and organize content and facilitate knowledge sharing between all stakeholders.

　　Create a forum for following campaigns, communicating evaluated solutions, and standardizing documentation of outreach efforts.

　　Work closely with stakeholders to acquire required information and provide periodic updates.

　　Provide recommendations for process, content, and/or technology improvements.

　　Develop and maintain a communications mechanism to share relevant knowledge in a manner that is customized to how stakeholders consume information (“push" of “pull").

　　Minimum Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree plus 4-years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree plus 6-years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 8-years of relevant experience.

　　Degree must be in Communications, Journalism, English, or a STEM field.

　　TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills.

　　Strong organizational skills.

　　Working knowledge of Confluence.

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Familiarity with Sharepoint.Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.
