Position Summary: The Mill Utility is a valuable role for any food manufacturing business. Our Mill Utilities perform essential work for performing sanitation services in the mill and assisting in performing maintenance repairs. This role performs strenuous work ensuring safe and edible product is produced consistent with food safety standards.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　· Performs in-depth cleaning of assigned equipment, spouts, overheads and floors · Assists mill staff in cleaning chokes and working sifters · Assists mill staff with preventative maintenance and sifter repair on designated repair and fumigation dates · Maintains sanitation schedule and other HACCP documentation · Assist team members with sanitation efforts on unassigned machines, and maintain, and clean other areas, as needed · Partner with company leadership to proactively identify and execute on continuous improvement opportunities in the areas of: safety, food safety, quality, productivity, and sanitation · Other duties, as assigned

　　Education and Experience Required:

　　· Must be at least 18 years of age · Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime

　　Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

　　· High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution · Previous manufacturing experience · Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment strongly preferred
