  We are seeking a Sr. Investigator Service Representative to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business in Beijing, China .

  In this vital role, you'll contribute to our high-throughput clinical trials by playing a vital role linking the hospital sites (external) and the internal stakeholders ensuring we delivery with quality every single time to the patients.

  What you’ll be doing:

  Serve as primary contact for investigator sites enrolled in active clinical trials.

  Address general requests and concerns of internal and external customers.

  May provide leadership to team in absence of supervisor / manager / equivalent.

  May provide support with audit and regulatory inspection.

  Liaise with investigator sites to notify of alert values, critical values, data clarifications and data revision requests.

  Act as primary contact for clinical investigator sites. Resolve issues for study coordinators concerning any aspect of the laboratory services in a timely manner.

  Facilitate the flow of information between investigator site and Project Management.

  Liaise with internal stakeholders in order to facilitate the laboratory sampling process.

  Ensure that Project Management team is made aware of any information that may influence the smooth running of a particular project.

  Retrieve voicemail messages concerning supply orders, test or document requests, call backs etc. in a prompt manner.

  Assist with the recruitment and training of new team members.

  What We Are Looking For:

  Excellent customer service skills.

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients within and cross regionally.

  High school diploma or educational equivalent and 3 years customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

  The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities needed for this role:

  Fluency in one or more foreign language(s) may be required.

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  Good word processing skills

  Good organizational skills

  Basic leadership skills and attention to detail
