　　Job duties include:

　　Determine business needs via consultation, business analysis, andtargeted observations and provide out-of-the-box solutions as per clientrequirements.

　　Involve in the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) activitiesof the project including requirement gathering, development, testing,and support operations.

　　Compile and assess user feedback to recommend and improve existingsoftware products.

　　Documenting technical specifications, application functionality, andconfigurations for reference and future maintenance

　　Develop custom applications and integrations using Pega BPM and PegaPRPC Environment.

　　Troubleshoot and debugg Pega applications to identify and resolve issuesor defects.

　　Prepare End User Manuals and training sessions for employees who will beusing Pega software or other systems regularly.

　　Provide post-implementation support and resolve critical andhigh-priority tickets as per the SLAs.

　　Participate in a tight-knit engineering team employing agile softwaredevelopment practices.

　　Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Comp Sci, IT, Engg, or related withat least 60 months of experience. Salary ranges between \$143,416.00 to\$147,000.00/year.
