Job Overview:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our talent acquisition team, facilitating the recruitment process for key positions within our organization. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Interview Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and prepared for each stage of the interview process.
Application Tracking:
Manage our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
Generate regular reports to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Onboarding Support:
Assist in the onboarding process, collecting necessary documentation from new hires.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless integration for new employees.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team, including drafting correspondence and maintaining records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in recruitment coordination or administration is preferred.
Familiarity with the life sciences industry is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
