What you will do:
As an intern on our team, you will assist in managing large groups of workstations and providing essential support in a corporate Windows environment. Your responsibilities will include updating and patching vulnerabilities across our workstation infrastructure while actively participating in the maintenance and enhancement of our deployment processes. You'll also play a key role in supporting our mobile device fleet, consisting of Android and IOS devices, as well as assisting with the management of Mac devices within our environment.
What you need to be successful:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Information Technology, Information Systems or a similar program. Understanding of the Windows workstation OS 2 Troubleshooting skills for software and hardware problems
What will set you apart:
PowerShell scripting experience or experience with another scripting or programming language Understanding of PC hardware Understanding of MacOS Basic understanding of Group Policy Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Knowledge of Intune Understanding of Networking and firewall concepts

10 week paid internship beginning May 20, 2024 based in our Boca Raton Corporate Headquarters. $22/hour for Undergraduates, $25/hour if you have begun classes in a Graduate Program.
