  Work Order C ontroller - Weekend Midnights

  Friday through Sunday and every other Thursday 5 : 0 0 p m - 5 : 0 0 a m

  The hourly wage for this position is $19.82 to $20.62 plus $2/hour shift dif.

  Sign On Bonus - $ 2 ,000

  This highly visible position is located at our Vancouver , WA Facility.

  What you’ll do:

  This position will be responsible for conduct ing activities to review, release , and reconcile Work Orders (WO) from SAP into Swisslog and monitor ing WO material transactions.

  Essential Functions:

  Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), company policies, safety policies and practices, quality standards , and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 

  Responsible at all times for ensuring that tasks are performed according to food safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.

  Conduct assigned work in a safe manner and adheres to all company safety regulations and policies.  

  Duplicate work order from SAP into Swisslog. 

  Review component availability to process work order. 

  Update work order status and feed information to shift supervisor and others as needed. 

  Coordinate activities with warehouse personnel to ensure timely execution of work orders. 

  Monitor work order transactions performed by production and manufacturing personnel, identifying issues , and correcting inaccuracies. 

  Issue some work order components. 

  Provide guidance to personnel regarding corrective actions for incorrect material transactions. 

  Reconcile completed WOs. 

  Perform other duties as required .     

  What you’ll need:

  High school diploma, GED , and/or equivalent combination of experience and education that could likely provide the required knowledge, skills , and abilities needed to perform the job.

  Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers .

  Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork .

  Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects .

  Ability to receive, track, and distribute materials, supplies , and equipment .

  Ability to use PC .

  Proficient with WMS and SAP.

  Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel .

  Knowledge of light equipment operation and/or maintenance .

  Ability to read, understand, follow , and enforce safety procedures.

  Ability to maintain punctuality and predictable attendance.

  Ability to wear appropriate personal protective equipment and clean room attire; perform m oderate physical activity which requires standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day and up to twelve (12) hours per shift and lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds; and perform work onsite in a light industrial environment, including some exposure to non-toxic dust .
