About the Position:
The Web Content Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Retirement and Private Wealth (RPW) Sales Enablement team with managing the RPW website. They will be the primary point of contact for advisor and office updates, ensuring that the content uploaded is accurate, up to date, and visually appealing to users. They will work with multiple stakeholders including the HUB RPW Sales Enablement team, the Development team, Marketing, and IT support teams to ensure that the website performs optimally. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of CMS functionality and have utilized Wordpress to author, edit and maintain a consumer-facing website. They will also track metrics such as website visits, user engagement and conversion rates to understand user behavior and make necessary changes to improve the performance of the website.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Primary contact and intake person for advisor offices and internal stakeholders to ensure website pages are up to date.
Creates and updates webpages and ensure accuracy of content.
Manage project plan for day-to-day maintenance and on-going development of the website.
Monitor and report on website performance, such as page load times, user engagement, and other metrics, to ensure maximum user experience.
Provide support to users to ensure they can navigate the website and use its features.
Assist in planning and implementing website-related projects.
Provide recommendations for website improvements.
Monitor competitor websites for new technologies, trends, and innovations.
Ensures that website content has a look and feel consistent with brand guidelines.
Works with developers to solve technical issues Performs QA/usability testing on multiple sites.
Contribute to the creation of and implementation of website policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, digital marketing, web design, or related field.
Proven experience in website management and development.
Familiarity with WordPress, HTML and CSS highly preferred
Knowledge of Sitecore is preferred, but not required
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
Ability to prioritize work
Compensation & Benefits
HUB will offer a competitive compensation & benefits package commensurate with the candidate’s abilities.
Disclosure required under applicable municipal regulations in NY, NJ, CA, WA, as well as the law in Colorado: The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
