Description
The Onboarding and Implementation Coach will drive and execute the training of the wealth colleagues across the Wealth Line of Business. A successful candidate must have exceptional influencing skills, be a strategic thinker and have strong leadership skills. They will need to exhibit excellent organizational and coaching skills to deliver programs with impact to leaders and field colleagues, while being the liaison between wealth business lines. They will be asked to leverage their field insights to influence policy and activity changes that are necessary to improve sales effectiveness and partnerships.
The candidate must have strong organizational and project management abilities to drive process and behavior changes, as well as public speaking, facilitation and influencing large groups. This role is key in the development of the specialist roles in the market, along with the development of the wealth management acumen of management and colleagues.
This role is a member of the leadership team for the wealth line and must interact well with the leadership within all markets. The candidate will be instrumental in leading or participating in projects as requested that will have a positive impact to the wealth management division.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
3+ years of sales experience in Wealth Management
3+ years of strong facilitation/presentation skills
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Effective Coach the Coach skills as well as direct coaching, leadership skills, influencing, facilitation/training, knowledge of wealth management reporting and systems, wealth management sales process, Salesfoce.com skills, and computer skills (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:
Bachelor's Degree Required
Life, Accident & Health Licenses Required
Series 7, 66 Required (or equivalent)
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
