Job Description

　　The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all warehouse operations as a hands-on leader, serving and motivating warehouse employees, leading by example, and fostering a positive team-building atmosphere. This person will supervise and continuously improve all inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movement

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Qualifications & Skills:

　　* Strong communication, interpersonal skill, leadership, and conflict resolution

　　* Strong knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methods

　　* Critical thinking ability and a proactive approach to problem-solving

　　* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management software

　　* Able to operate forklift and cherry picker equipment

　　* Experience with process optimization and project planning

　　* Able to establish, clearly communicate, and implement team goals and priorities

　　* Experience with BrightPearl

　　* Ability to lift 50-100 pounds null
