  Outbrain is looking for a hands on, detail-oriented and communicative Digital Ad Operations Specialist. 

  The Digital Ad Operations Specialist will be a key member of the Video Ad Operations Team and, by using the  analytical mindset, will play an integral role in making the strategy, execution, performance and reporting of the Video Ad campaigns, in accordance with internal procedures. 

  The Digital Ad Operations Specialist will work closely with Sales and Account Management teams, as well as with supply teams and/or the external partners.

  To succeed in this role you must be self-motivated, passionate, organized and have a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. 

   

   A day in the life

  Operate Outbrain´s Video Ad Server as well as 3rd party platforms, SalesForce, BI and other internal tools in order to set-up and monitor video demand. Ensure campaigns are created and implemented to best achieve campaign performance and media efficiency goals. Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance using various data tools. Troubleshoot any issues that impact tracking, reporting, or implementation. Provides reporting, monitoring and optimization of campaigns to ensure performance benchmarks are met. Serve as the main point of contact for coordinating with internal teams globally  on new supply integration. Support Business Teams in their local markets to grow our video activity with their publishers Share feedback/analysis with cross-company peers in order to improve our products, technology, sales collaterals, and strategies. Play an important forward thinking role in helping identify solutions and new ways of maximizing the revenue potential of Outbrain products  

  What you’ll bring

  The Digital Ad Operations Specialist must be able to work independently and roll up their sleeves and not hesitate to ask questions. Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting goals and deadlines is essential. In addition, the ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, be team oriented, and have confidence in dealing with people at all organizational levels.

  Fluency in English. Solid communication skills. Strong MS Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. 2-3 years of experience working in online video advertising as an Adops/Account Manager. Experience working with Programmatic, Video DSP/SSP/, and/or Media agencies. Strong attention to detail, highly numerate, organized, ability to work with cross functional teams, and ability to multi-task with limited supervision. Must have the ability to understand and interpret strategy and execute this within the applicable platforms. Be comfortable managing multiple campaigns of varying size and objectives simultaneously. Strong analytical skills, able to use BI tools to translate data into insights and action items. Positivity and enthusiasm as part of working within a very skilled and self driven team.
