In this key position, you will be responsible for data acquisition and analysis as well as implementation, coordination, supervision, monitoring, and maintaining a variety of UM efforts and multi-faceted projects to support our managed care activities. Your efforts will impact referral and claims processing, acute care and post-acute care reviews, discharge planning, monitoring and addressing service utilization patterns, support of community practice expansion and network management initiatives, compliance with regulatory and other requirements, and collaboration with other departments. You will:
Drive operational enhancements
Empower collaborative process improvement efforts
Develop/run reports and analyzing trends
Establish and implement project plans
Facilitate collaboration and communication between functional groups
Ensure goals are tracked and met
Help streamline existing projects and management processes
Salary Range: $64,800 - $137,600 AnnuallyQualifications
We're seeking an exceptionally gifted, self-motivated leader with:
Bachelor's degree or related equivalent experience
Five or more years of experience in managed care, project management and analysis in a health care organization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication, interpersonal and prioritizing skills
Understanding of clinical workflows and Health Information Management processes
Experience with large databases
Previous experience with medical group clinics and practices
Expertise in helping complex organizations comply with regulatory requirements
Exceptional service orientation
Ability to foster a team-oriented, collaborative environment
