About the Position:
The Senior Manager, Procure to Pay will be responsible for leading transformational projects and key initiatives for our AP GNFR team. The individual will be expected to move quickly in identifying projects across a changing business landscape with key stakeholders while also developing associates on the team.
Responsibilities include:
Proactively identifying opportunities to transform the GNFR AP function while collaborating with key business partners Retain, develop, and attract top talent while cultivating a diverse and highly-engaged team Identify opportunities to improve and/or automate processes. Identify opportunities within as-is data sets to automate and analyze in a more efficient manner Ensure transformation projects are performed in a manner that complies with our controls and governance framework

Problem solving - Partnering across our team, EBS Indirect Procurement Services team and with key stakeholders to understand needs, and to design and implement effective procurement and systems solutions. Supporting effective business growth - Advising and supporting the business using the financials and industry best practices to understand the business. Operating with excellence - Leading direct team as well as across teams with influence. Championing inclusion and other associate development initiatives Adapting quickly - transforming the business by identifying and implementing solutions that can be leveraged and repeated in other areas.

You have strong experience in the Indirect Procurement fields with experience in developing process improvements. You have a proven track record in leading direct reports as well as across teams with influence. You have developed high-performing associates and championed them for future roles. You can manage multiple complex projects while achieving key business results. You possess exceptional judgment and the proven ability to understand and present significant matters in a concise, coherent manner to key stakeholders.
