About the RoleOur team focuses on providing both buy side and sell side due diligence toprivate equity groups and companies across a variety of industries locatedthroughout the U.S. You will have the opportunity to perform in-depthbusiness analysis and advise clients on how to maximize opportunities andminimize risks related to mergers and acquisitions. Your work will driverecommendations in the context of key business trends, valuationconsiderations and deal structuring alternatives.Essential Functions & Primary DutiesProvide technical and advisory financial and accounting due diligence servicesto private equity clients and companies.Actively manage projects by driving timelines forward, conducting frequentteam check-ins, managing project budgets, and review of projectanalyses, issues and deliverables.Manage multiple engagements and teams at a time.
